Project Scope & Changes

Any project scope, features or timelines are defined before development begins. Additional changes or new requirements requested after approval may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and milestones. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered project unless otherwise specified. MG Tech Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for demonstration purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content and timely feedback. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

MG Tech Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered services or products.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement if the other party breaches these terms. Any completed work up to the termination point must be compensated.

Changes to These Terms

MG Tech Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
